RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be easily processed using the return form included with your order.

Return Period:

We offer a 14-day return period in which customers can return their package without providing any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return Conditions:

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the original tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for sale items. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or store credit.
  • Buy 1+1 Deals: Both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the items, return only the one you want to exchange and keep the other.

Return Costs:

Returns are free, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package to us.

Return Processing Time:

If you would like to exchange or return a product, please fill in the enclosed return form. Once we receive your form, we will process it immediately to ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track when your package arrives at our warehouse using the track & trace number from your return shipment. From that moment, the 10-business-day processing time begins. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


Returns FAQ:

What if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team for available options. We will provide an update on when we expect to have the product in stock. If your return has already been processed and the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you to find a suitable solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have not received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, sometimes a product may get damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we are happy to resolve this for you. Please send an email to klantenservice@untd-clothing.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

What if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
Make sure to return your package within the 14-day return period. If, in an unlikely case, you are unable to do so, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or store credit. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
